Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The customer receives a wrong product, or
  • The product received is defective/damaged.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any claim regarding a wrong or defective product, customers must provide a proper parcel opening video that meets all the following conditions:

  • The parcel must be fully intact from all sides (top, bottom, and edges) before opening.
  • The video must be continuous and without any cuts or edits.
  • The shipping label/invoice must be clearly visible in the video.
  • The customer must record the complete unboxing process from start to finish in the same video.

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
